	Ian Templeton, Managing Director Ian has been with UIA since November 1998 and became Managing Director in June 2002. He has led the fundamental development of 'insurance with principles,' ensuring that all aspects of UIA's core business have a socially responsible approach. Ian was President of the Chartered Insurance Institute for 2006-2007 and has worked in insurance and financial services for 40 years, including roles with Cheltenham & Gloucester, Cornhill Insurance and Provincial Insurance. Ian lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and has two grown up sons.
	Andrew Gay, Deputy Managing Director Andrew joined UIA in September 1998 after working with Gan Life Holdings, Anthony Lumsden & Co and Neville Russell & Co. He is a chartered accountant and chartered insurer, with 30 years' experience in the business. Andrew is involved in the management of UIA's investment portfolio and instigated the switch to a socially responsible investment approach. He lives in Hertfordshire with his family.
	Ian Cracknell, Marketing Director Appointed Marketing Director in 1998, Ian has over 25 years' experience in marketing and financial services. He has an MA in strategic marketing and is a fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing. A regular speaker on affinity marketing, he has worked for a number of organisations including Sun Life of Canada, AIB Banks Ltd, Cardiff, Lombard and Lloyds TSB. At UIA, he has overseen the award-winning 'insurance with principles' brand, ensuring the company's unique differences are communicated to all key parties. A father of two, Ian lives near Saffron Walden in Essex with his family and is a season ticket holder at Ipswich Town.

The Senior Management Team of UIA is made up of the executive directors whose responsibility it is to implement the strategy determined by the Board and deliver strategic objectives and business performance set by the Board.
