Microchip tagging for Norwich pets
Pet owners in Norwich are set to take advantage of cut-price microchipping for their animals next month.
Norwich's Giant Pet Store is running a microchipping service for £10 on Saturday June 6th.
Anyone with pet insurance might wish to take advantage of this offer, as the cost of getting a pet tagged is normally more expensive.">
"It's such a quick and easy process that ensures if your dog goes missing, every step will be taken to ensure that they can be reunited with you," commented television vet Marc Abraham.
Meanwhile, Virginia Reed, guest writer for the Anderson Valley Post, recently urged pet owners to take their responsibilities seriously and to give affection and respect to their pets, as they are living, breathing creatures just like ourselves.
She added that it is up to owners to arrange for someone to feed and look after their animal if they go away.
