Includes everything offered by Standard cover, but you can also insure your personal belongings, documents and money, cover yourself against insolvency of travel companies and airlines and have peace of mind with increased cover on medical and legal expenses.
Insures you for a single trip, so ideal if you travel rarely. Please note that a single trip can last up to 6 months at a time.
Annual multi-trip cover
More cost-effective and convenient if you travel more often. This cover insures you for a whole year with no limit to how many times you can go abroad, so you avoid that last-minute rush. Individual trips must last no longer than 31 days. The maximum age limit is 70.
FREE cover for children under 18. Up to two adults and any number of their children, step children or foster children aged under 18, accompanying the parents or legal guardian insured on the same policy travelling on any trip to the same destination. The children are only insured when travelling with one or both of the insured adults, (or accompanied by another responsible adult) and must be living at the same address as the policyholder.
24-hour worldwide assistance
It's reassuring to know that, wherever you are in the world and at whatever time of day, with UIA you are protected in the event of a medical emergency.
Optional extra - Ski cover (only available to travellers aged under 65)
Optional cover that insures you against loss or damage to your ski equipment and replacing lost passes. You are also covered if, due to illness, injury or adverse weather conditions, you are unable to take part in your planned activities.
Optional extra - Travel disruption cover**
Optional cover that insures you for cancellation/delay/missed departure of your connecting flights due to strikes or occurrences such as volcanic ash.
Optional extra - Business Travel**
Cover for your business equipment up to £750 per person and replacement employee expenses.
Optional extra - Golf cover
To cover you for the loss of green fees, lost or stolen golf equipment and any golf equipment hire fees.
